Please Note:

Invalid and erroneous files/documents uploaded will result in delayed resolution times, or in some cases rejection, by the provider. In such cases, any funds owed will be withheld until the verification process is complete and approved by the provider itself.

Students who contact providers directly to request a cancellation (or change) will result in lengthy processing times, and may be subject to additional fees, depending on the provider.
